I have a trevala s jigging rod and the BG 4500 that's been a blast for mangroves and cobia top water fishing. Just didn't handle that great compared to using it for bottom fishing 200 feet down. Everything I've mostly used in the past was the conventional setup.

Yea sorry I mean just dropping 300 feet down. Just looking for something I can get use out of multiple times a year when the season is happening or can just handle anything on the bottom like a big grouper. Misleading title.

What’s your ideal setup for red snapper or can handle anything on the bottom? Looking not to break the bank so let’s just say $400.

Have been really enjoying mangrove fishing recently so figure why not move to the next step!

cox internet plans

Did cox drop the 50 mb internet plan? Looking on the website and seeing that it jumps from 15 to 100 now. I currently have the 50 mb and just wondering if we will be hit with a price increase or getting bumped to the preferred 100 plan.
