I mean my God, I'm sure most people quarantined in New York are just looking out their window sobbing to themselves "What about the 4th of July Parade?!"

Wife, no pics, asked me what was so funny.

It was a tweet responding to questions asked to the mayor.

And?

The fact that he is even having the discussion with Macy’s is a distraction and a complete waste of time.

Whether or not there is a 4th of July parade is at the bottom of anyone’s “important shite any government should be focusing on” list.

If he was smart, which he very clearly isn’t, he should have responded with a “we will look at that in the future, after we have worked to get everyone back to work and opened things back up”.

Instead, he stated that they are already wasting time on it.

How much more idiotic can he be?

And before you respond, no, it is very clear that all levels of government are incapable of multi-tasking anything.

And it was probably asked by a 5 year old and the only question asked of him that wasn't a direct insult.

True. Tourism isn't that big of a deal for NYC. He shouldn't be worried about it.

But seriously, who goes to New York specifically for the 4th? You'd think DC, Philly, and Boston would be way higher up that food chain than New York.

But isnt this what we want, to get back to some sort of normalcy. If N.Y. can have a parade, then that definitely means people would have returned to work before then.

Michigan is being held hostage by a tyrant who won't allow me to garden or even buy an American flag. That's in the immediate.

If you're traveling all the way to Michigan to buy an American Flag made in China, you deserve to be told how to live.

All of those tweets have to do with allowing people to get back to work, correct?

And also, I think Trump has handled the reopening like a fricking idiot.

I've actually been for the 4th of the July fireworks.

Wouldn't plan another vacation around it, but some people might.

If a totalitarian and elitist like this numbnuts is pushing the idea the 4th of July parade will happen then the K&Ks on here can give up their fantasy that college football is in jeopardy.

If DeBlasio was a republican I think there would be calls for him to resign coming from the media. NYC's population is about 8 million and yet they've had nearly 11,000 dead.

So do you think Ole Billy is doing a bang up job? Because there’s tons of “heel diggers” who will line up to take dump on how trump has conducted/is conducting this whole thing.

I'm going to report the parade to the snitch hotline.
