We didn't eat again until breakfast

Kids today would freak out and want therapy if they grew up in the 70's or before then.

pretty much this, there were five kids in our family, lots of body checking and picks at the dinner table trying to get the the last few bites in because that was it for the night

That amount of deregulation is simply moving your trust from the government to giant corporations to keep your food products actual food. Neither will do the right thing.

Pros:
No handicapped parking

Men’s clothing styles

Cons:

No electronic ignition

No handicapped parking spots

Food stamps were Monopoly money quality, and it was ok to look down on people who used them

Highly flammable leisure suits

400 lb 19” TV’s that you had to bang on to make the sound work
