Great Time To Buy A New Car--Should I Wait Until Wed(April) for better deals?

The deals are insane right now. I'm looking and dealers are desperate it seems. Plus they are requiring email negotiating, which is a much better experience overall.

I've been told though to wait until April to pull the trigger though as the factory incentives being offered now were implemented on March 1st before the quarantines began. They said April should see big incentives. Not sure if I should buy on Tuesday(end of month) or wait until later in the week for a better deal.

Best deals are always end of the month as car sellers are trying to meet their monthly quota.

Edit: In General. Virus sales are a different story

Can you help a dumbass like me out and give me some info on the particular deals you’re looking at? I’m interested in a new car as well because mine is completely falling apart

Im waiting on the new G Wagen to come down 60-70k. Thinking by the end of April they will be desperate enough to take my offer.

I’d wait. Rebates should increase. I’ve looked at our local Chevrolet dealer hear and they have a ton of Silverados. Haven’t sold many the past couple weeks. I’m thinking about getting one of the rebates increase. Right now before dealing with the dealer they are only offering $7000 off.

I use email negotiating for all my vehicles. It saves you time. Email all the dealers and tell them what u want and have them email you quote. Use the lowest bidder against all other offers. Get lowest offer them deal with them on that offer. Basic common sense I guess

I want a sedan for commuting. Looking at Mazda 6 Grand Touring...MSRP is right at $31k... I've already had two dealers quote me less than $26k with 0% interest.

You’re going to be waiting a long time.

I've got a good job with job security as I'm in a medical support field. I was looking into buying a car by end of year anyway, may as well take advantage of low prices and desperate dealers. They would certainly take advantage of me if tables were turned.

I’m in the same boat. I need a new car, might as well buy now while everyone really needs to sell and I can do it without leaving my house

You’re not alone breh, thus the reason it’s a great time to fukin buy. It’s a buyers market.

Mazda? Gosh, go pay for a crappy piece of metal and feel good about it. Just dont trade it in next decade nor be surprised that its always in shop. Idk how they are still in business honestly
