Do you even leangains bro? Read the book, best $10 you will ever spend.

Takes three hours of lifting a week, four hours max or less plus watching what you eat to get to where you want. Meal prep takes 2 hours on leangains.

Read the book, live the life, get strong as frick and have it all.

Doesn't take hours upon hours or cardio or even giving up on a social life. Sure it takes a certain person and mindset to count the macros and busy their arse in the gym to the point that you refuse to accept failure but it doesn't take making it your whole life nor does it involve cardio if you don't want to.

As far as the comment about manual labor being paid exercise, find my a manual labor I can do that pays what I make and I can do until I decide to retire and stimulates the brain as much as my job does and I'll give up my current cush position.

Manual labor jobs don't pay a shite ton, at least not the ones that require you to test your body everyday.

As far as working out being gay cause you are around other guys blah blah blah...
Do you even home gym bro?

So annoying people make excuses for being fat and lazy. Look lately I haven't been the model of fitness but at least I can admit that. Most of you guys need to lose 40+ pounds to see abs. It's not a mental disorder on our side to pursue health, it's one on your side to disregard health and not give a shite.

Who even notices other dudes at the gym? Way too many yoga pants wearing females at my gym. It's actually hard not to stare sometimes. A fit girl doing squats in yoga pants is a thing of beauty.

Fact. Lean hard body gym people get harassed and teased more today than fatties.

Last winter, I volunteered at a "pop-up" overnight homeless shelter. Near freezing temps, with rain, and overflowing shelters. We had 76 homeless (73 men, 3 women) at a park shelt

Well done. We need more people like you. Seriously.

I went outside at about 4:45 am and to my amazement on a Tuesday, 38 degrees outside, light rain, I saw at least 50 independent joggers and cyclists doing what they "had to do".

Not sure why you think this is a negative. Am I missing something?

If more people had this drive and ambition in everyday life there might be a few less homeless people that you are assisting.

My hypothesis, we allow mentally deranged people to set the bar that normal people are judged by.

Or we go to the gym because we don't want to be fat as frick and want to do everything we can to age the very best as we can?

I work out a lot and go to the gym five days a week and because of that I feel great, I have energy, I'm getting great sleep, and I look like someone that I would want to associate with.

The first thing wrong with your post is you don't have to workout three times a day to have a great body. You don't even have to workout everyday. You also don't have to micro manage your diet as you described

This.

I had a decent amount of skinny fat when I first started years ago and it took me about five months to lose it and make it lean.

And I did that by going to gym 3-4 days a week putting in an hour and a half while eating a much more healthy diet that is still nowhere near what the OP considers OCD and mentally insane.

I've kept up the same with five days a week now. And even then, it's not five days every week. Sometimes 5, sometimes 3-4, once in a while 6 days. It varies week to week and depending on what I have going on in the other areas of my life.
