Glad everyone is okay. What kind of car were they driving to survive that crash?

Time to celebrate. That they were largely unscathed is awesome.

My daughter was choking in her sleep earlier. Heard her coughing and then heard her choking through her monitor. Just about took the damn door off the hinges to get through it. Thank god I didnt get in the shower when I almost did, because my wife wasn't home.

This happened to me the other day. 5 month old was in bouncy chair and must have swallowed wrong and started choking. I pulled him out so fast. Worst feeling ever.

I used to sleep like a log and sleep through parties or yelling, but when I had a baby I would wake up to her even lightly whining 2 rooms away. It's crazy how that works

I'm glad your family is ok. I worry about shite like this happening to my wife and daughter on a continuous basis.

maybe you should think twice about her driving ability which jeopardizes your son's life.

I called him when everything settled down and reminded him that this is what can happen when you lose focus for even a second while driving. The sun was in the MIL's eyes and she veered into the other lane.

So it was her fault completely then that herself and your son were almost killed. I would never let him ride in a vehicle with her again and it would take a very long time before I would even speak to her.

Damn

I mean, I'm all for making sure MIL is ok and maybe a harsh few words......but that's extreme for family

Glad to hear they are ok.

@ Sundays ago my daughter got rear ended at a stop light. They tried to change drivers.

3 hours later my son got T-boned in Shreveport. No one got a ticket. He was stop waiting to make a legal left turn.I'm thinking I'm gonna get screwed on that one. No one was injured but 3 air bags opened.

That's pretty ridiculous since she's the boy's grandmother, and is probably beating herself up more than anyone else ever could since she'd more than likely give her own life for her grandson's, as most grandparents feel.

Very glad both are ok. Cannot imagine how terrifying the entire thing was for all of you.
