"Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. In review of your account, there was no HOA violation for the trash bags, and this violation has been removed from your file by your compliance inspector.

My life was made much easier in the fall/winter when Collierville got the trucks that suck up all of your leaves if you place them at the curb. I always hated bagging

OPs situation seems petty and I like his reaction. That being said I can’t wait to move to a neighborhood with an HOA because right now I have some trashy mother frickers on our street and property standards doesn’t do anything

Yep...

I've got a weak HOA...and our community is looking weak...in a great housing market

Dude wtf is with these hoa, I guess it was good I bought (built 1960’s) in a older regular neighborhood. frick these new streets they keep putting up, enjoy it I guess… cute little yard.

HOAs are probably needed for cookie cutter subdivisions where there could be a number of identical houses for sale, and you don’t want to be the trying to sell the house next to the purple house with the Camaro on blocks. There are neighborhoods that because of the price point and lack of inventory, your house value and sale potential are almost immune to what your neighbors do,

I'd be sorely tempted to slap someone in my neighborhood who called himself that.

I have no tolerance for an HOA. Thankfully, I don’t have to deal with one.

I want to build somewhere where I can have a 5 bay garage attached, where I can build it with a deep profile and a high ceiling so that I can have a lift in it to get up under and work on my cars.

Built one of these at my last house (now a rental), not 6 bays but 30x40 metal building. With 10 foot sides and 15 foot center, was tall enough for any standard lift (which I added) which typically have 12 ft. posts.

Of course, this was on 2.5 acres just out of town - no HOA.
