Good luck on anyone that really wanted to spend hours trying to get someone to validate that info. Nobody is going check, takes less than a minute to scribble information on the card, I was given a blank card to fill out my information and Lot# of the shot.

There is obviously a national and state database with your name/dob/vaccine status. Do you really think they would bother to “verify” a fake card? They have the information, for better or worse

I was given a completed card with all the info printed out. I asked the dude what would happen if I lost it; he said they would just give me another one. It’s all in the database like other vaccinations.

It’s an app that is a digital version of your Louisiana license. At the bottom the screen it says Covid-19 and if you select that it’ll give your vaccination status.

Fun fact... I learned today that the LA Wallet App that has a secure copy of your Driver’s License can be used to pull up your COVID vaccine status.
