It’s just a scare tactic used by the SWB administration to coerce and scare people into paying with that second bullshite letter from Texas. Throw it in the trash, they can’t suspend your license, or keep you from renewing your license. It’s one gigantic money grab by the shitty SWB administration.

I am not a fan of lawyers but if they are acting as a collection agency for outstanding photo camera tickets they must not be very good ones.
In the unlikely event they try to ding your credit or file suit ask them what signed contract you have with their company or the city of BR to pay this "debt".

Got the same thing in the mail today. I wasn't driving the vehicle when the alleged improper turn on red happened and I have since sold the vehicle. Just planning on ignoring it.

I have one also. Question: if I own a business in EBR can they hit me from that perspective? If not I plan to continue to ignore it.

To answer your question, throw it away and never think about it again until you throw the next one away.
It sucks for me though, I drive a company car, if I get one it gets mailed to my company.
