You didn't blow. Good job.

Now let your attorney earn his pay. You'll be fine.

No, I bought it on Amazon. It was only $50. Bought it out of curiosity.

Why were you drinking beer if you weren't trying to sober up?

You have backroads and a main road to/from said restaurant less than a mile from your house?

Uber when in doubt. Otherwise don't drink unless you're at home.

Will Uber take you on a beer run if you are out of booze?

I decided to go home on the back way instead of the main road and PO pulled me over because my back blinker light was not working and I turned right. Yes, I am an idiot, I knew my blinker light was out because last week it started to make the fast clicking noise.

You got pulled over for this shite?!

This is either a fake story, or you really are an idiot. Of all the stupid shite to get busted on, you got busted on a burnt turn signal.

Glad you learned a lesson. Doesn't matter if it's 10 miles or 1 mile, DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!!!

Not even sure how much I believe this story since I see people driving around all the time with burnt brake lights.

I mean, he wasn’t hammered.

Three beers over a couple of hours shouldn’t change your life forever.

It’s ridiculous.

This whole thread makes no sense because you didn't record your BAC, so we don't even know if you were over.

Nothing stirs up the self-righteousness of the OT quite like the DUI threads. It's amazing because probably 95% of the posters here have done what you did within the last year.

If that's all the beer you had and it was spread out over 2.5 hours, you might have been better off blowing depending on your size.

Don't. Drink. And. Drive.

People who make excuses for the shite are off base, too.

This shite isn't difficult to avoid, and the potential consequences of not avoiding are too serious to brush off.

You drank more than “a simple drink or two”.

You're a victim baw. They should run a bunch of commercials telling people not to drink and drive so you could have been forewarned not to do it.

Was the lunch good?

Uber will take you to the store. Uber will take you home. You don’t have to tell Uber what you are buying from the store, although I can see where some idiots would

I have no sympathy for you. I've known too many people that were killed or injured by drunk drivers.

The beer or alcohol you're carrying would probably be a huge clue.

It is good that you didn't blow, however you may have been close to the limit.

As long as you didn't act up (on video) and it is your first offense you can probably get an attorney to have the charges reduced.

Is using Uber to go to the store buy alcohol against its policies or something?
