No fricking way someone vandalized that. I’ve done just about any type of climbing shite a drunken teenager and do (water towers, Miss bridge catwalk, etc.) and I never found a way to climb a billboard so I feel qualified to say it can’t be done without a boom truck. Yeah, Gordon did that too himself.

The ladder doesn't go to the ground and often they have a locked cover over the last 6 or 8 feet that means you have to get pretty high to get to the start of the ladder. Some you can get to rather easy from the top of a truck or SUV, some would require a fairly decent sized extension ladder. One can do it but likely needs some scouting and pre-planning so normally not the type of thing that is a drunk spur of the moment prank.

he told me he hates firefighters. He said if his john 3:16 flag burns his plan is to replace with a iPhone selfie of him hip thrusting. He kept mumbling about orange cones and boner pills but was all alone. Everyone was freaked out and he had to be wheelchaired out
