google isn't woke at all. no mega cooperation is woke. they are about their business first and foremost.

We were duped into believing this when allowing what would become big tech to buy up competition while also insulating them from liability with Section 230.

Pushing politics over business really started to become clear after November 2016 and peaked after Georgia’s run off elections in Jan 2021 with no one to challenge them.

Aren't people working at Google supposed to be "really smart" or at least smarter than people working at Starbucks or Target?

If it concerned anyone other than the Tribe, they wouldn’t have been fired. That’s a line you don’t cross anywhere in America.

I never understood how it was OK for people to protest outside the mayor of Dallas, Ron Kirk's house, when he was in office. Had a friend that lived on the same street, a few blocks away. I used to see them in front of his house when I would turn off of Mockingbird to go in the opposite direction.

Liberals hated him for helping push Dallas to build the American Airlines Center. The portion of the cost the city paid was thru a hotel tax and rental car tax. Out of towner's paid for it. Including the owners of visiting teams!
