Been in the market for a used truck. I would think with prices could drop on vehicles because of the outbreak. Thoughts?

Needed 2 threads to discuss this?
It's a good time to buy a car if you can get a good price on one.

I like to get up early and make it to the dealership first thing. That way you can beat the shiftless tire-kicking hoard and wrap things up with minimal fuss.

Oh, Ok. I thought we were just looking for a pretty color.

I tried on Thursday. They wouldn’t budge much. I have the salesman my card and said call me in a few weeks when he is desperate for a walk in much less a sale.

Well it's a pretty stupid question.
Why would you go to an internet message board to ask if it is a good time to buy a vehicle? Go check it out for yourself and if you can get a good price then buy one

It most likely will cause dealerships to offer discounts and incentives as revenues dip. The flip side is that if there is a shortage of production it could actually cause prices to rise as long there is still enough demand. It's going to take time to see how it shakes out.
I think we will probably see some deals, but it's no guarantee.

Also in the market. Mostly looking at used F150s. Haven’t seen prices move yet.

Brandon Ford has the most F-150 sales of any in the country. They blow them out to keep their numbers up. It may be worth your time to send an e-mail to inquire.

I would wait a few weeks and see if sales start to dry up.
