3 non consecutive days of pretty much only essay questions will make you lose a little sleep.

My bitch and moan list:
- It felt like 60 degrees in the river center. My fingers were fricking numb and I could barely type
- My back is throbbing from being hunched over in a shitty chair for 7ish hours.
- The software was sorta effed up and wouldn't let me change an answer to a multiple choice question. Tech guy couldn't fix it, so he brought me to the administrator boss lady, who basically assumed I was just trying to cheat and told me tough titty. frick you, you count.
- Love when the examiners pick a very random and obscure area of law to harp on in the biggest exam of your life. It's hard enough learning "the basics" of every topic, much less knowing some out-of-left-field nuance or loophole. Jerks.
- If I don't pass, I really might say frick it and not take this shite again. The anxiety is the worst I've ever had. I wake up in the middle of the night almost every night the last week and it's killing me. I honestly think my hairline has receded due to the unreasonable amount of stress crammed into such a short period. At the very least I might just move to another state that doesn't have the hardest bar in the country.

1. Bar Exams aren't that hard.
2. Don't practice law.
3. Enjoy life.

You got it man.. almost there

Thanks!
It was really, really cold in there.
And they tested super specific rules about random concepts. Apparently, the Code II and Code III writers are new.

I'm sure you did just fine.
How were the multiple choice?
Posted on 7/21/14 at 9:30 pm to brewhan davey
Code III had a few multiple choice that were unlike anything I had ever seen before. Much harder than anything Barbri gave us, or what was on past exams. Not cool.

Doesn't help that the bar commission withholds all the multiple choice questions from previous exams. Dickheads.

This. MC was fine on Code I and II, but III was pretty uncalled for. Everybody was bitching about it afterwards.

I have a feeling they might throw a few of those out.

Doesn't surprise me. That Code III exam came out of left field. They've never tested trusts that heavily.

Old Code III tests had really simple MC and short answer... like what is Novation? or What is a natural obligation?
This one had incredibly lengthy and complex fact patterns about agricultural liens and leases. Completely unfair. And they put too many questions on the same small subjects. I shouldn't have to miss 3-4 questions for not remembering the same thing. I feel like Code I cost me 10-12 points for not knowing interdiction proceedings.
