Gonzales officer on leave after punching a sheriff’s deputy on his wedding night.

What one of you is this?
“Brent Amy, 40, the Gonzales officer, got married on Saturday, June 6, 2026. After his wedding, there was a verbal argument with the Ascension deputy. After that, Amy allegedly showed up to the Ascension deputy’s home asking him to come outside. When the deputy came out, that’s when Amy is accused of punching the deputy, who fell to the concrete and passed out unconscious for upwards of 4-5 minutes”
How out of your mind angry do you have to be to pull this off on your wedding night?

Probably been shacked up for awhile since she was knocked up. They got married before she got too big. Old boy probably said something inquiring whether it was actually his or not and calling him a dumbass for wifing it. Amy knew he was right to question it and his own conscience got to him so it took it out on the other dude.
