Police units are sent out to school all the time to arrest kids for fighting. This isn’t anything unusual.

I am sure the citizens feel safer now that these criminals are off the street.

Fist fights in school are gateways to bigger violence, and all the thugs who have ever fought in a school yard tussle are just future criminals.

A middle schooler being put into the hospital as a result of a fight is usual in your world?

middle school can mean 8th grade, 14 year olds. They aren't little kids. Maybe they are, but assuming they are little kids just b/c it says middle school is a stretch, as is my assumption.
Moral of the story, you know absolutely nothing about this fight, so why make opinions on baseless assumptions.

Maybe the kid that got his arse beat deserved it. Maybe he didn't. We don't know yet.

This thread has a New Orleans feel to it with people bragging about their high schools so much.

Why are we arresting kids for fights in school? This wasn't a thing when I was in middle school

yeah same with me.. but, if this was one of those 4-5 on 1 situations, the 4-5 need to be arrested.

What would an 8th grader do to warrant having 4 kids gang up on him? Or should I say have 4 pussies gang up on him. Fight him one on one if he offended somebody so bad

Happens more often than you think.

I've taught in multiple different middle schools in multiple districts in South Louisiana, and I've seen the police called multiple times for fights at every one.
