You are suppose to hit the small ball before you hit the big ball.

Longest Par 3 I've played is 210 actual, but playing 200 because downhill. 5i

If I have to go higher than that, I shouldn't be playing on that teebox.

This is what I do as well. I don't hit Hybrids worth a flip and hit my 3 iron a long way. If it falls in the gap between a 3 iron and 3 wood I usually just put a 3 iron down in front of the green or play it another way. That range is just a no go for me and the possible benefits outweigh the possible gains, and I use all 4 wedges a ton

No doubt. That's my only "yip" and only with 3w-3hy. I think it's partly because I'm pretty short. My irons are all bent 2.5 flat and -1in. I was able to get that forged utility bent flat like my irons and it worked like a charm.

I did cut down my 3 wood and set it to the flattest adjustment and it has helped, but it just not something I'm totally confident in.

Get a Cobra hybrid. They're adjustable from 16-20* so you can make it fit into the gap you need. I'm still swinging the Cobra Bio Cell and have hit some absolute monster tee shots with it on tight courses.
