a cruise is the most unpleasant vacation there is short of just staying home,

been on several including Disney. never got nauseous once.

How old will the twins be? I couldn't imagine bringing infant/toddler twins on a cruise. You're one ear infection away from pure misery.

They will be days over 1 year old.

I wouldn’t want to take two 1 year olds on a cruise but my sister seems fine with it.

I refused for years to go on a cruise but gave in and went on a Disney Cruise and absolutely loved it. Castaway Cay is worth the trip in itself. If you want the ins and outs and hints on how to have the best trip, join the Disney Cruise junkies Facebook page. My wife (no pics) joined it and the information gathered really helped us make the most of the vacation.

Our family went on a Disney cruise about 10 years ago and it was great fun. Every evening the Disney cast put on an abbreviated musical play based on a Disney movie such as Beauty and the Beast, Snow White and The Lion King.

Just enjoy it and don't GAF what the faux smart kids think. It's fun.

yep, came to the dinner table knowing each kid's name. addressed them by their names. crouched down to their level. catered to the kids like you would see restaurant waiters do to adults.

i get the OP doesn't have kids but, the attention to detail is everywhere.

I’ve heard the cruises aren’t nearly as miserable as Disney world

Get invited to crew parties. If you got game you might be banging a Disney Princess. Bonus points if you can get her to wear her costume. Double Bonus if you can get her to role play. Threesome with 2 Disney Princess with costume and roleplay? Baw now we talking legendary status. Good luck to you sir.

Oh wait sorry you are married. Well, think about it at least.
