Don't be that way, Gris. He broke it off with her. He's a free man now and can play the field.

Or - if this is all some protracted troll - he's introduced a new character and we'll have talk of reconciliation with the first chick complicating things in a few pages ... or suggestions for a three way with new chick and divorced chick.

Holy crap! I haven't and won't read the rest but this post is why I am not dating in a nut shell.
I have been divorced over 5 years and everytime I think about dating something like this comes up.
Thank you for the stark reminder.

Here's my 2 cents. You only know her side of the divorce story. Maybe she cheated on her ex.
Anyway, what I would do in your situation is tell her to invite one of her sexy friends over for a 3 way to make up for the embarrassing situation she put you in at the after party. If she says no move on. She's not worth it and sounds like damaged goods anyway.

Well, you can't help what other people do to you, because you can't control their actions. You can, however, have integrity and self respect and cut someone off if they treat you like that. You shouldn't deny yourself happiness because of fear of what others may do.

I show up at the bar, and I catch her grinding with and making out with another guy.

I gradually experienced a change of heart. She seems very sincere in her apologies and assurances that she is never ever going to put herself in that situation again.
You fricking dummy.

She showed me screenshots of texts he sent her, and reading them made me want to go find this motherfricker and fight him.
You fricking captain save a ho dummy.

This is why I think I am going to let this incident slide. I like her way too much, and vice versa, for me to simply give up here.

And didn’t even get laid. I’m baffled.

Just wait till this chick calls him back and exclaims that she’s pregnant by him

I do too. I think it raises a lot of truths about the way guys can be though, so the trolling aspect gets lost in the shuffle.

Like I said, ethical trolling.
A modern parable, if you will.

It's over baws. I ended it. I called her and said I couldn't trust someone who cheated 3 days into a relationship. She tried to whip out sob stories and everything else but I wasn't having it.
If you can't handle her at her worst ... you don't deserve her at her best.

When I’m ready I basically just want a nice straight guy that doesn’t look like Shrek that will go to church with me, not cheat on me or lie to me, is affectionate, loves to read, loves the outdoors, loves dogs, and thinks I’m pretty.
Good luck Nurse

Thanks. I have actually entered the world of online
dating. I won’t repost but you can look at my posts and find a really long post with my first date ever in 14 years story.
Just had third date with really nice guy. Going slow but so far so good.
