A five year old with a wiffle ball bat could defeat a mangy French army

I am.
But major holidays don’t count as normal days in a well-rounded regimen.

The underlying fact is you can’t just tool up to the prop stop with a beer gut. You gotta ready.

But the 5th of May gets a pass.

Given your presence here along with quittin Butch, A50 and Wolf.. inform me about something, one of you, I have an army poncho and on the inside it has two canvas kind of tabs with a string that goes through them there are grommets in the tabs and I can't figure out what it's for. This is the kind of poncho that has the grommets and the snaps and you can you know make a tent I guess, or put the woobie in it and use it as a sleeping bag...

Tia.

you use the snaps to make it into a raincoat or sleeping bag...the grommets are for when you use it as a tent...

Thanks Col. Is asking about the string in the inside... It looks like nothing more than a shoestring but it goes through the two canvas tabs that I guess would roughly be on your shoulders on the inside. I didn't know if it was something to hang it by to let it dry.... This may be well below y'all's pay grade.ha

I am year group 1991 so yeah, you are probably way ahead. I spent seven years enlisted first though. Going to close out forty total (for pay) next May.
