My go to is Costco box Pinot Grigio in my special LSU souvenir cup.
Not the big 32 oz cup but the stemless wine cup they serve margaritas in in the stadium.
ETA: 10:30 reservations and I’m hangry.

my wife is in the wine import business and I’ve been beaten into submission to not call sparkling wine (bubbles,) Champagne, unless it’s from the Champagne region of France, you can get some good bubbles from Specs’s, Goody-Goody’s, Costco, that won’t break the bank, Chandon, Mumm’s, Gruet are a few, $14-$18/bottle
ETA: doesn’t have to be expensive to be good, you can find it cheaper, sometimes I’ll try something new just because, boils down to does it taste good to you
