Hell, we see duck boots and crawfish skiffs 40 miles out. Bay boats even further offshore.

Yea, I have some friends who go 60 miles in a old ski boat with a 120Hp on it. But Im not that guy.

It is not super crowded where I go out of and I do not want to be stuck out there. Just not comfortable going that far in my 25 footer, single engine. I will do 40 and thats pretty much my limit for now. Unfortunatley, 40 here does not get you in the depths that we need for the big Gags. I will just hand near shore until I get the new rig and then venture out farther.

Baby steps my friend. Baby steps

I would be jacking off if I got a boat like that. I used to go to the Ship Shoal Lighthouse from Last Island n a 14’ fiberglass boat with a 40 HP. No radio.. No phone. My Momma would fuss to no end when I would get back to the camp. She knew I wasn’t catching those lemonfish behind the island where I was supposed to be. I was about fourteen years old.

Damn it, man. I was hoping you got a few years old so you could have the 8. You still got a nice truck.

Thanks, wtn I am down at 26 now. I can tell, a little, but am still easily functional. It would have to drop a lot more for dialysis, and even more for a replacement.

I talked to my PCP a few weeks ago. His Bro-in law is a surgeon, specializing in kidney replacement. He told my PCP that they have tons of kidneys, but the people who need a kidney are disqualified from getting them for different reasons. None of those reasons apply to me.

Morning everyone.

Not a good day for me so far. Started throwing up about 10pm and just got out of another hot shower.

Kinda weird. I started off throwing up not last night’s rotisserie chicken and lime rice but the previous night’s chicken and mixed veggies. The rice didn’t start up until the corn, carrots, and green beans were all out. Chicken and veggies were a full 30 hours before the chicken/rice. Breakfast and lunch yesterday in between the chicken apparently digested or at least moved out of the proximal small intestine.

Gonna skip breakfast other than tea and hopefully that helps and will be able to get lunch. Otherwise I’m probably heading back to the ER yet again.

I hope the specialist will be able to help. I can relate to a bit of those symptoms and don’t wish kidney problems on anyone.

Those at or traveling to the game and those doing water recreation I wish you good health and good outcomes for your endeavors.(supposed to start raining about 10am, 85% chance for rain all day in NELA) We need the rain but I still want everyone to have a day they can enjoy!
