Good morning, folks.

My Dr. appt. was smooth yesterday. Overall, blood numbers were good and they said I can live a while longer.

I didn’t realize you were dealing with mom issues the same time as me.

Make sure you eat and get enough sleep as you go through it all. My best, to you and yours.

Morning! Day 2 of being back working out at 5 am after a 5 month layoff. My quads and lower back hate me but it'll get better by the end of the week. Need to drop some lbs for beach season.
