Sitting over here in Honolulu where the time is 4/5 hours behind CST. Getting close to 1AM, and wife (no pics) has us going to see Pearl Harbor at 7:30 AM–which means prying my decrepit, aching arse out of bed in 5 hours or less. Helluva was to “enjoy” a vacation.

I did the "Let's go see the sunrise over Maui's volcano". Trick is, you have to get on the bus at 2am and feel like you are going fall off the side of a mountain while on said bus, to arrive at a place that looks like Mars and is freezing cold. Give me a Florida sunset any day of the week,
