Well, yeah...
But the government is stunningly inefficient and lazy.
They'd rather shift the burden to...
you.

quote:I don't. Send their asses back to where they came from, and that comes from someone who used to have 400+ men working for me who were here on green cards and I had to pay VERY well.
This will be a very unpopular opinion, but once they are here and gainfully employed, I have a tough time pulling them out of that job and throwing them into prison.
That piece of shite human being in that video is exhibit A of what a slave driver is circa 2025, and he drives down the few living wages we have left in this country.
Send their asses back and send his sorry arse to prison.

What statement did he make that was a lie?
Some of the interview was hard to hear, tbh.

It is like taxation.
They could easily tell me how much I owe, but instead, they leave it up to me and then punish me if I am wrong, or require that I pay someone else to do it.
Inefficiency is rampant.
At least the government is acting at this point with these raids.
Hopefully they make changes to the verification system next.

The staffing agency could have been the one technically committing the fraud, but you acting like this guy has zero agency in this is insane.
He may get by with culpable deniability, but ye certainly shouldn’t.

I'm for it.
We hire higher-level peolple and do more independent fact-checking, but these are $100K+ jobs w/ less turnover.
I dont know much about this situation, but everyone is quick to throw the CEO under the bus.
frick due process...

Simply asked what he's guilty of...
Never said, at any point, he didn't have some responsibility, even if it was simply hiring an incompetent staffing agency...
Wouldn't it be plausible deniability?

quote:Correct, there are competitive companies out there right now that are doing it without hiring illegals. We wills survive. But we must enforce our borders.
Same argument as plantation owners in the 1860's.
Necessity is the mother of innovation. As long as there is an unending supply of essentially slave labor, there will be no need for innovation.

Have you figured out that illegal immigrants can still have documentation?

You can’t be stupid enough to think this is being done at an individual level…. Surely

You are the one thinking these people are getting hired without documentation.
quote:
Undocumented immigrants (commonly referred to as "illegals") can circumvent E-Verify checks primarily through identity fraud and structural limitations of the system
quote:
Many use fraudulently obtained documents—real Social Security numbers (SSNs) and IDs issued to U.S. citizens or legal residents—to pass E-Verify. They either steal these documents or “borrow” them from relatives or acquaintances—often called “identity loans”
Keep going you dumb motherfricker.

I never said that
In fact, I’ve implied the exact opposite as I didn’t know I needed to state it explicitly for the retards.

You clearly did.
This is you insinuating it is not happening.

In Arizona, up to 54% of undocumented hires passed E-Verify by presenting someone else’s info
