Yes, tell them, repeatedly, you love them. Then thank the good Lord He has allowed you to remain one more day on this good earth. Say often, "Jesus, I Trust in You". That simple prayer helped me to get through cancer surgery and a rough recovery. Had many a sleepless night struggling with pain.....even with painkillers. But Jesus, my wonderful bride of 50 years (and my loving dog) was with me throughout the ordeal.
Reflect on this.......

even though you know it wasn't written for you.
Tell me, how can you stand there with your broken heart ashamed of playing the fool?
One thing can lead to another; it doesn't take any sacrifice.
