An article I read this morning says that the girl has been granted an emergency protective order against the tranny. Sounds like the judge thinks he is in the wrong.

I know when I was in school, our district had zero tolerance laws for fighting. Which meant that both individuals involved in a fight, get suspended, no matter what. It doesn't matter if the other person was the aggressor, it doesn't matter if you were just defending yourself, etc. Both individuals are suspended no matter what.
I wonder if this school has a similar policy, which caused the poor girl to get suspended.
