i’ve seen a longer video of this incident outside the school bus where the girl clearly throws the first punch.
if there is a video of this fight starting in the school bus or a fight early where the trans girls starts it, the trans girl is in the wrong.

Not only should the family sue but the whole goddamn town for putting all the kids at risk. These school districts have to start feeling financial pain and administrators lives need to be ruined at this point.
