It all ties back in with the whole "women are crazy" thing. They want the bad boy, but they also want the provider...as if the two entities exist in the same man, when seldom (if ever), they do.

This makes my head hurt. It makes me think of the phases that teenagers go through, being punk, emo, or goth, or whatever when I was that age. It's a pretentious, teenage angst thing of people going through the process of realizing that they aren't the center of the universe and struggling to maintain that they are beautiful unique little snow flakes.
I hope the girl mentioned in the OP is no older than 20 otherwise she may never actually grow up.

Exactly. At the very least it means mind before appearance. I just think it's funny that they claim it is the most important quality yet don't even try to get to know a man's mind before determining whether he's a suitable partner.

People don't even know the difference between a sexual orientation and attraction anymore.
Sexual Orientation: what gender(s) you are attracted to
Attraction: what type of those genders you are attracted to
Pansexuality is bisexuality with a particular attraction
Sapiosexual could be gay or straight with that particular attraction
