Pretty interesting, there are 9 subspecies of giraffes and males routinely weigh up to 3000lbs. Also have the strongest kick in all of nature.

There's nothing in this universe that isn't weird.

Is giraffe neck a delicacy anywhere? I bet it tastes like pork loin.

I've eaten giraffe, though I don't think it was from the neck. IIRC it was mild, certainly not as tasty as any good cut of pork.

I agree with Bowl.

Giraffes are awesome. Gentle. Majestic. Powerful. They walk with confidence.

You should go to a park and feed them. It’s fun. Try the Wild Animal Safari if you are in Georgia. It’s redneck Africa in Camry painted like a zebra.

They said that giraffes used to have horns on the end of their stubs. They are already deadly enough without the horns, which is why they are referred to as the king of the jungle.

I was in a bar once, and a giraffe walked in. We were all like “wtf?!”

Then he said to the bartender, “The high balls are on me.” Turned out to be a great guy, we had a good time.

True story.

Saw one of these at the zoo last summer too. It looked a bit daft.

It's only my favorite animal ever! I really do love them. Took a bunch of 5th graders to zoo and giraffes were fricking. Kids were screaming and laughing. Hilarious.

One of the most dangerous animals you'll ever see in a zoo.

Don’t know why I was made fun of as a kid for not knowing unicorns aren’t real.

If you have pics of a giraffe, zebra, rhino and unicorn, you telling me the unicorn is the fake one? The odd one of the bunch??
