If you’ve eaten rice dressing made with Savoie’s dressing mix…..
Savoie's dressing mix contains pork, water, chicken gizzards, pork liver, rehydrated onions, and other ingredients.

Yes it should. The first time I ever had it was probably 30 years ago from my now FIL on Thanksgiving, before me and my wife were even dating.

Danny’s Fried Chicken used to make some mean fried gizzards back in the day.

Good&Crisp chicken chain in texas makes out standing fried chicken gizzards that can be dipped in white gravy. A dozen order contains 24-30 gizzards

Where do we think the delicious juice that we use in regular gravy comes from? All the disgusting shite we won't eat, but we like the drippings mixed with butter and flour.
Have you had real chicken soup make with broth that was made with a bunch of chicken backs? Pressure cooker plus a bit of apple cider vinegar (and skin on onions, celery, etc), and you're drinking the sustenance of life. You can call it chicken gravy that's acceptable to drink for breakfast.

Made gravy with the neck and giblets today and it was fantastic.
This video is a great guide if you’re roasting, but I smoked my turkey on a Weber and put stock and beer in the water pan with the neck and giblets, along with some herbs carrots onions and celery. Transferred that to a pan on the stove and cooked it down like in the video. Add flour then stock and cook it down. It was the smoothest most flavorful gravy I’ve ever had.

I think some New Orleans Popeyes locations have fried gizzards.
I was never a gizzard connoisseur. But you put the chicken heart in a gumbo, I would look for it as a kid.

I always spatchcock my turkey, and roast it in a pan on my propane grill.
Saved the backbone for later, chopped up the neck and giblets, added finely chopped onion and garlic, made gravy, added hard boiled egg. Delicious.
