The LSU Nicholson Gateway Development infuses an underutilized 26-acre tract of property across Nicholson Drive from Tiger Stadium from the North Gates down to Skip Bertman Drive with a vibrant mixed-use development that incorporates 48,164 retail square feet, 1,197 undergraduate apartment beds, 332 graduate apartment beds, and 794 structured parking spaces with an additional 762 surface parking spaces.

The two tenants join anchor retailer Matherne’s Market, fast food restaurant Wendy’s, coffee café Starbucks, apparel store Private Stock and quick-service eatery Frutta Bowls in the roughly 50,000-square-foot retail component of Nicholson Gateway.
