You can be healthy at any size. If your blood work checks out, tests come back normal, etc -- you are medically considered healthy with no underlying conditions.

I know it sounds crazy, but it's true. I have had this very discussion with my 2 roommates. One is a doctor at OLOL and the other a med student at LSU Health Sciences.

We can agree to disagree. Just sayin it's a real thing.
I've met fat people who exercise regularly and eat clean. I have also met skinny people who only eat Domino's, drink Mt. Dew, and chain smoke. Lifestyle is most important. You cannot always tell someone is healthy just by looking at them.

People who smoke are idiots, but its their life they can do what they want. I got the vaccine so I don't give a frick. Im tired of hearing about Covid.
