This matter will be used against Trump in the Dems campaign for POTUS. This will be a POTUS campaign issue, so, Trump's campaign should begin "wargaming" scenarios right now.

You're supposed to close the distance on someone with a gun if you think you're going to be shot. It's why police officers keep their distance: you don't want to be disarmed. So if he couldn't run or hide, fight was the only thing left.

That's fair, and maybe I shouldn't have quoted him on that part. It's just that the word "hunted" often comes with certain implications.

If so this will help Trump. The American public doesn't like being bludgeoned by elites and dishonest brokers, which is what will occur if the DNC and Shaun Kings of the world try to campaign on this.

I didn't post that first thing you quoted me on. Not sure if you were just trying to prove your point.

It’ll only be successfully used against him if he starts rambling like some of the posters here have.

If he starts tweeting like Hogballs and Pesticide then it’ll be used against him and rightfully so

Did you miss the part where the 3rd guy was blocking him the other way

How so? As of now that’s one of the few facts we have evidence to support. Thefts are pure speculation at this point and even though there’s video of him trespassing on a build site that’s hardly justification for deadly force. Hell, he was probably going there to smoke a joint or whack it away from home.

BTW, did any tools fall out of his pockets when he hit the pavement?

I think the majority of folks want to see these guys punished for what they did. However, if this thread or TD as a whole is any indication of what a jury pool would consists of, I can imagine a hung jury.

OT and most of TD would probably be pretty fair jurors. If anything they probably don't want to be known as letting these idiots off the hook.

Poli Board is a different story entirely. But they'd probably get bounced in jury selection:

"Juror No. 4, do you think the Holocaust was bad"

PBer - "Well that is a loaded question that suggests the Holocaust happened."

Put Errwhere on the jury and he’s trying to convince the 11 others in the deliberation room to wait for all the facts to come out.

Whole lotta dirty Georgia LEO and attorneys gonna get dragged out into bright daylight for this.

you're such a biased moron. This is happening bc Georgia wants protection when they have no choice but to set these guys free. The "jogger" attacked a man with a shotgun and got blasted. Sucks for him, but the father and son simply did not commit a crime. Georgia knows they can't legitimately prosecute this case.

Definitely. That’s why the cops at the scene wanted to place the McMichaels under arrest, the third DA (first without personal connections to them) wanted to impanel a grand jury, and the GBI arrested them within 48 hours of taking over the case.

Poli Board is the fringe, dude

Your post would make sense if I was using Poli Board to mock conservatives or Trump supporters
