Guy at works mother died in a nursing home (not of COVID) and they couldn't see her. Couldn't be with her. She just kept asking why no one came to see her and she was sorry if she did something wrong.
They couldn't have a funeral for her for a while.
This useless frick got multiple funerals in multiple states for overdosing (most likely) on dope.

Nope. Government bodies in big cities are often self-insured or only insured to a certain point. Highly unlikely they had $27mil in insurance.
