Whoever this guy is doesn't get it. Housing prices are brought down by the shitholes in north Baton Rouge. The cops also can't send his/her kids to public schools here.

This guy speaking is complete idiot. Let me get this straight. The unemployment is 7% and of that 7% many want to be police? GTFO. Recruiting for BRPD isnt on the level of the Army/Navy/AF...the benefits comparable are minimal in the short term and long term...and I'll argue you're more likely to encounter violence on BRPD.
