He wanted to destroy Gawker. Them getting destroyed means, yeah, congrats.
Also, I need to see the verdict, but if there was a finding that it was willful or malicious, the indebtedness to Hulk might not be dischargeable in bankruptcy.

And a container that can keep it under pressure during the heating and if my aunt had a dick she'd be my uncle.

Just pointing out the basic high school water knowledge doesn't cover further details like super heating or cooling.
Which did not apply.

Gizmodo is arguably the best tech blog.
They don't even specialize in tech anymore

Just a coffee mug in a microwave

for fricks sake...
that was distilled water (no impurities)
coffee is water plus many impurities
it cannot be superheated in a microwave
I have no idea why I'm even responding to this moron-acy

If they take the post down or give depositions in which they aren't complete dicks, or testify in court as if they weren't massive dicks, they probably don't get hit with anything. Denton and Delaurio would rather have done it their way and lose then do something smart and mitigate the risk that the company would be destroyed. Now, Denton posts bullshite articles on Gawker about how Thiel is an a-hole, how Gawker is great, and how the judge was biased against them.
Delaurio saying he wouldn't think twice about posting child porn (or something to that effect) probably didn't play well with the jury...
Here's a hint guys, when you're on the stand defending yourself or your actions, being the smuggest douchebag possible is not the right play.

If you watched the video or followed testimony in the case, you would know there is nothing little about Hulk including his manhood.

He'll have to file an adversary proceeding, but I'm sure the mad ghey dude will finance a 523 action. Hopefully they get a judge who recognizes press freedoms.
