Can different snake species produce offspring? If not naturally then artificially? Like the snake equivalent of a liger?

There was something wrong with that alligator. It wouldn't get off its belly. Is that normal?

I would've started biting at my rival's arms until they were all chewed up. The arms are the most unprotected part. Keep going for the arms until the other couldn't walk anymore.

Seems like they would've figured this shite out after a million fricking years.

Dat Louisiana Life recently posted a YouTube video of a snake they encountered when fishing. Snake ate a live catfish that was so much bigger that it was hard to imagine the snake could swallow it. But he did. They said it took about 15 minutes.

Florida does nothing about the gators I guess at this point they are the best chance against the pythons. frickers are in every canal and retention pond.

Can a croc mate with a gator? If it’s possible, does it ever happen in nature?

we swam in lakes with no fear because trappers would take any large gators for their hides.

thank god the gov decided to repopulate them in every single body of water in the deep south. Can't have kids going out swimming in a lake or something crazy like that. kids just need to just stay out of nature and play video games.

Yes - breeding between two snake subspecies is called an intergrade, and between two different species is a hybrid. The most common examples I see are hybrids of Mangrove Saltmarsh snakes (Nerodia clarkii) and Florida banded watersnakes (Nerodia fasciata pictiventris) in South Florida. They interbreed frequently.

One cool example is a hybrid between an Eastern diamondback & Canebrake rattler…

Crocodiles are asshoe.

Not surprising. Crocodiles are much more agressive and dangerous than alligators.

Also, it’s interesting how the alligator has to slide on its belly for the most part, but the croc is much more agile and can walk on all 4 legs swiftly like a dog or something.

They were the only team to defeat 13-1 national champion LSU that year. Maybe they should do it again for good luck.

Gators normally move like that too - I was surprised that alligator was being a little bitch.
Here’s a gator I saw last year…

Gator was showing submissive posture to the croc by staying low on it’s belly. Much like a beta dog rolls over on it’s side or let’s an alpha male dog stand over it.
