Gas station food

I’m a little overweight so I’ve been trying to watch what I eat lately. Grabbed a muffin and lemon cake slice at the Speedway… 1300 calories combined.
I still ate that shite, but damn what a lot of calories for 3 bucks.

Gas station food has come a long way. Some of the bigger chains have some better hot meals than fast food places.

Yeah it’s high carb, low give a frick. You need to have quick go options at the house before you leave for the day. Almonds, beef jerky, down a protein shake, fruit. If I slip on decent food at the house I gain weight

Hell w that. Just grab the deep fried burritos, cripitos or bacon egg and cheese in that hot bin. Let's all agree, gas station grub can be a treat.
