Gary has turned the "commenting" feature on for his friends only (not followers).

He just posted a video stating that BR needs to hire more black cops and the only way to do that is by hiring a consulting firm (minority owned of course) and pay them a couple hundred thousand dollars to recruit. In closing he wants "thousands" of people at the metro council meeting next Wednesday.

Gary says he will not support a raise for cops until the dept hires more black officers.
I wasn't aware Gary was allowed to vote on such matters.
