Not sure of his outside income streams but that is a dumb purchase for someone making near NBA minimum salary at 34 years old (the high value of the home)

I have always wondered if that house/pool area constantly smells like shite. There is a cove of trees that birds hangout in right next to it and just shite up a storm that smells so bad when you walk by. I wonder if it reaches the house? I would hate to pay that much for a house that smells like bird shite all the time.
