Went to the LSU/Wisconsin game at NRG stadium a couple of years ago. The shuttle bus driver (a black guy) told me that the "thugs" in Houston thought they were badasses. When the Katrina refugees started settling in they made the Houston thugs evacuate and they started taking over.
Those cats from New Orleans don't have many rivals and have no shame or fear. Maybe Chicago might be worse. I say they take care of business with those in Atlanta. JMO.

Atlanta thugs don't compare. Only Memphis and Chicago have the level of savagery of New Orleans.
Atlanta thugs are quite tame, the residents are just a bunch of scared pussies. They wouldn't last a week in New Orleans or Memphis.

NO wins. Cops can't even find the perps.There are probably more unsolved murders in NO per capita than any city in the US. With all of the murderers on the loose NO wins easy. These gangs have experience.

I've got Chicago, Detroit, NOLA, and Los Angeles w Compton environs as my 4 gang playoff.

I know nothing about about gangs but I would guess that ATL would have the numbers but NO would be more ruthless. I'll take NO in a shootout.
