Yeah, laparoscopic surgery is the tits. God bless whoever perfected it.

I had mine first thing in the morning and felt well enough to hang out with my friends that night. My mom had the "gut you like a fish" kind and was down for almost a month.

Yes, it hurts. Even laparoscopic removal is painful. Really hurts when you have gallstones 18 months later that get stuck and try to kill you.

Husband went duck hunting 2 days after his surgery and really regretted it. Was in a lot of pain and had to go back to dr. Who laughed at him for being a dumbass. Overall he did better than me and he never had another issue.

I went back to work on Monday after removal on Friday.
