Once worked with all women. I did 66% of the work while the 8 other women did 33%. I still finished my work in faster than the women. They complained because I would spend my spare time posting on TD. We have a staff meeting where the boss said if you’re done with you’re work early you need to man up and help out the others.
I’m pretty sure someone recently got sued for a similar situation and it being determined that comments like that were sexist. I quit not too long after and the company shut down within a year. I guess no one manned up after I left.

The biggest problem I see with younger workers, especially females, is the constant interference of personal problems with work. Women can’t focus and compartmentalize for shite.
