As a progressive who wants change and police accountability, I fricking hate these riots. Instead of persuading people to support positive change these riots will engender hatred towards the agents of chaos who people will associate with those who want police accountability.

It is what the Left does. Remember the Michigan protests with people carrying AR-15s? No one shot, nothing burned. Conservatives are better people.

Well, their issue was with the governor so they showed up at the capital. If these people really wanted to address the issue, they'd concentrate on MPD HQ. But we know that's not what this is about.

I’m going to go against the grain here and say that nihilistic, resentment-filled people who want to watch the world burn are simultaneously opposed to both progressives and conservatives, and perhaps this might not be the best time and place for partisan pock-shots
