I would file an injunction against the state to remain open. Then sue the state for everything type of anguish and loss of wages possible.

Maybe you're just outing McDonalds, but yes food is necessary.

It's real simple. If you just comply with the rules you don't have these problems.

Its all arbitrary and unconstitutional

Now gas stations have become de facto bars

Fast food really isn't if grocery stores are open.

I am just going by the stupid logic that the more places we close or restrict the faster we can "flatten the curve". Remember that one?

Do some research on how much revenue casinos bring to an economy (one that has been shut down mind you and can use the revenue), and hey their contributions lower your tax bill so that's not so bad eh?

The unconstitutional rules? They were never made law so how are they bing enforced?

Fight it in court if you have a problem with it.

Possibly, but I still see a niche a fast food restaurant can fill during times like these that a grocry store can't.

So we have to keep them open because we closed everything else.

Courts no longer care about the constitution

I’m fine with that but if it’s about money and not spreading the virus then jbe should say that.

People shouldn't have to is the point. They lose their business and get the added expense and anguish of a drawn-out legal battle against an entity that has a neverending coffer.

So these are random discretionary rules applied by those who deem various business operations as necessary?

As long as a business brings in massive revenue to the economy they are allowed to operate, i.e. casinos.

I am sure your local government will appreciate this attitude.

So bars aren't serving a niche during times like these that a grocery store can't? But fatty fast food places are OK.

The state has made it a priority to try and spare the big-time tax generators during this. It's been pretty obvious from the start. JBE isn't fooling anyone.

Nothing good comes from openly flouting the law. We have a system in place, I suggest using it.
