What does the OT think the chances are that she's telling the truth in her claim that she didn't take a single bite? I'm going with 1%.

She also wrote a review on a Sonic FB page complaining why a particular Sonic isn't participating in a 50% off after 8pm promotion.

Seems as though she's always looking to get something for nothing.

Everything I keep seeing posted is she wants no rush and is looking for a lawsuit. How is this different than the people that purposely fall down at stores in order to sue.

I've only had good experiences with Willie's. The few times I've had an issue with the food I brought it up and it was addressed. (Of course, I notified the server after the first bite).

One other time I was mistaken.
They are not trying to screw anyone over. They are simply running a tight ship. This will only increase frequency of my visits.

there is a reason all of the Eateries in Downtown St.Louis have security after 5pm, and mandatory gratuity after 5pm.

Same shite heads looking for freebies, dining and dashing, and refusing to tip after eating in larger groups.

It's a shitty move to still charge someone if they didn't eat their meal and wasn't satisfied. I wouldn't do that at my place.

On the other hand, louisiana does not have a truth in menu law so the restaurant can say what they want about the shrimp and send it out. The woman has no legal options.

What kind of damages could she even legitimately allege? The $15 dollar meal? Just doesn't even really make sense.
