I mean I feel like we all missed something... Everything that led up to the 30 second video and everything after it.
After seeing the racial angle this lady is taking, it's hard for me to give her the benefit of the doubt. Seems like she was looking for a problem... Especially since Willie's doesnt have a reputation for bad service

It's hard not to be very skeptical of accusations of racism these days....since it seems like most of the high profile incidents either turn out to be complete bullshite or completely unrelated to race at all.

the gwendolyn davis broad spams the stltoday comment section of stories, mostly when they are about black crimes or BS racial stuff.
Anyone know who the f she is?? why is she involved in Baton Rouge shite?
And frick these derelicts who cannot go out to eat w/o causing a scene. I know her type, she's looking for a free meal. I've seen it many a times, while at a buddys restaurant, and sitting at the bar. Same people always with their orders wrong, after they ate 2/3 of their meals.

I know absolutely that I have no idea. Do you? But I also know it probably does not matter...Everything I know I about business and customer service says make the problem go away as quickly and quietly as possible. I could be wrong..

She says she didn't eat it BUT there is no sautéed shrimp on the menu...she was looking for an incident

I know what the menu says, it says grilled shrimp. Customer says it was sautéed.
Nothing else on the entire menu says anything about sautéed shrimp so why would they sauté just her shrimp for no reason?

This is borderline defrauding an inn keeper, one could argue her it was her intent all along

They won't lose a single good customer because of this. They will only lose the customers who expect the red carpet to be rolled out for them for a $15 meal.

Low class woman in a restaurant looking for a problem that didn't exist? Naaaaaaawwwwwwwwwww
In all my years of working in the restaurant industry, I'm betting her order was 100% accurate.
I used to wait tables. The amount of people like that, that would blatantly lie about their order being wrong is astounding.

A decision like this is likely going to keep away the sort of people who their better patrons don't want around anyway. You are culling the fold and likely increasing your profits and getting your servers better tips.
This certainly isn't going to hurt their business.
