I don't know what Jeff Metcalf's purpose was in showing up today but I think he inadvertently recapitulated the whole case in a way that looks pretty bad for Karmelo Anthony. The NGAN spokesman, Dominique Alexander, said it was disrespectful of Metcalf to turn up uninvited. In fact, being there was a sign of his poor character.

So what does that tell us about Karmelo Anthony's behavior? He showed up under a tent set up for another school, where he knew no one and hadn't been invited. Anthony was also asked to leave and instead of leaving, as Jeff Metcalf did, he reached for a knife and made a threat.

Jeff Metcalf just showed everyone how Karmelo Anthony should have responded that day. He should have left when asked because he wasn't invited and didn't belong there. In fact, Jeff Metcalf had infinitely greater reason to be at the press conference than Karmelo Anthony had to be at the tent that day. This is, after all, about the murder of his son.

Anthony’s mom is playing victim within a gated neighborhood with private roads and security. The only thing unknown that wasn’t publicly known was their address and that just happened. Her husband’s job was public info on his own LinkedIn page. I found it easily as soon as I saw his first name telling their side to the press. As long as the county allows property records to be public info I don’t care if a renter’s address gets leaked. They just became equal with every property owner in Collin County besides Judges, police, and a few other positions. The “danger” didn’t stop them from purchasing or leasing a 3rd car after Anthony committed the murder. I do feel bad for the 13 year old girl if she truly is fearful, but I also feel like the parents and Temu X are the ones doing the fear mongering and causing her anxiety.

EDIT: If the mother and the father were at this press conference who was watching Karmelo. I thought a parent was supposed to be with him, and he could only be at their house or at the courthouse.

They aren't poor. The dad's Facebook page is proof. Surprise birthday trips, meals at Ruth Chris. The kid got a Lexus for his birthday. The dad's brother is Andre Anthony who played for LSU and Tampa Bay.

The left and that little militant criminal spokesperson are pure scum. I have no doubt some follower felt motivated by the guy saying it was disrespectful for the victim’s father to attended a press conference about the killer of his son and how the mom was complaining about people knowing their address on a private street inside their gated neighborhood. Demanding the father to leave undermines their own reasoning about it being wrong to ask Anthony to leave the other school’s area, but double standards and hypocrisy are what they always do. I noticed little Dominique made no references about Rosa Park while demanding the victim’s father leave the press conference.

I want to ask Parents what did their son ever tell them about this alleged bullying if anything and what did they do. Did they talk to school district, to the police if it ever got that far, or did the north Baton Rouge it and encourage him to bring a knife to school property/events? If he never told them about such a “bad” situation that reflects on their parenting a little.

Also, who is watching their killer son while both parents attend these types of events?

I admittedly don’t know how car dealerships operate, but in dealing with them I always thought finance managers were just salespeople with a little business sense helping to close sale and for sure add ons like warranty by working numbers using a computer along with some paralegal skills to handle the paperwork of the sale.

The house and neighborhood seem a little pricey for my purely subjective view of the salary a finance manager position in a car dealerships should make (I read it’s likely between $3000 to $4000 a month to rent). The dad also played down finances a little due to the mother not working while talking about bond he could not afford to pay.

But again I have zero knowledge on what a finance manager gets paid.
