If you still make the conscious decision to enter, then that is on you.
As has been said ad nauseum, let the market decide this simple policy.
That is very unfair to the non-smoker who is not producing cancerous, noxious smelling smoke everywhere they go. By one smoker being in the room it is tainted vs. one non-smoker. If smoking did not affect anyone around them, fine. But this argument breaks down immediately because the smoker eliminates places the non-smoker can go because of their choice. Not so for the non-smoker.
